Most agents will require a buyer to sign an agreement before even identifying potential properties that meet the buyer's criteria.  Not at Cape Entry.  We're here to help you, and we don't charge you to do so.

Our buyer's agent commission is paid by the seller at closing.  Our buyers don't pay us a dime no matter how lengthy or difficult the search becomes! 

Almost everyone searching for property today is doing most of the initial research on their own.  In fact, nearly 87% of buyers start their search on-line through popular real estate sites like REALTOR.com®.  In addition, buyers have access to information that was once only available from a licensed real estate agent.  For instance, buyers can now watch for price reductions, verify sale prices, compare days on market, check assessed values, and more, all from the comfort of their own home!

Our site provides you with a simple vehicle to perform your search.  You simply enter your criteria, and you'll receive daily email updates on any new listings, price reductions, those properties that have gone under contract, etc.; anything that matches what you’re looking for.

Once you've identified some MLS listed properties you'd like to see, simply call our office.  We'll set up the appointments with the Listing Agents, and will accompany you to the showings.  Our agents have years of experience working as Buyer's Agents, and should you decide to make a purchase, we will represent your interests in the transaction.  We will verify information, prepare your offer, assist in the negotiations, attend inspections with you, help you find financing, and follow up with all the details, right through to the closing.
